Online Check-in and access House
Welcome at your new Casa Flurina Apartment! It is our highest goal to make your stay as perfect as possible. Here some useful information for your check in.
1. ONLINE CHECK IN
Before your arrival, you will receive an email from us inviting you to check in online. Kindly click the button labeled "Online Check-In" and promptly enter your personal details. Additionally, please add information about any companions traveling with you, along with the necessary travel document details. By doing so, all will be set for your arrival, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
2. Access to House Entrance and Garage (Code)
To access the house and garage, you’ll need a code. You'll find it in the Check-In email sent to you before arrival.
3. Install Digital Key on Your Phone
I. Pre-Arrival Preparation
You will receive an email from SALTO Keys 24 hours before your arrival. Please, regularly check your email inbox for this notification.
II. Registration Process
Open the received email and click on the “Start” link. Follow the provided instructions to complete the registration process.
III. SALTO KS App Installation
If you haven’t installed the Salto KS App yet, please download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
IV. App Login
Launch the Salto KS App on your smartphone and log in using the credentials created during registration.
V. Digital Key Access
After successful login, you will gain access to your apartment with your digital key.
VI. Badge Usage in Apartment
You will find a badge ready for use in your apartment. You can use this as an alternative access method.
VII. Now you have access to your apartment. Enjoy your stay!
